Very comfortable and nice stay

we stayed 2 nights. The rooms are spacious and the property is well maintained. The staff is very friendly. Within minutes of checking in the room, we got locked outside in the balcony with window locked and the door latched. It was all our mistake but the hotel staff made no fuss about it. They helped us and within 10 minutes we were back in the room. :P :P. We had only breakfast here which was awesome. Breakfast was included in the stay. Overall a very comfortable stay. We will definitely stay here again.

5 star from my all Office 35 staff.

The resort is just amazing. just walk able distance from serene beach, Food Quality is very good, was served very fresh made. We was 35plus staff and all enjoyed while staying . DJ was outstanding. I have enjoyed lot.
Rooms was very clean, big and it was more then my expectation.
I will visit again with my Family.

Amazing resort with delicious food

The resort is just amazing. It is just 5kms from famous ganpatipule temple on jaigad fort road.The location is too good, just walkable distance from serene beach of malgund. The entire resort is very clean and properly maintained. The rooms are spacious with private balcony to every room. The local konkani food served here is just delicious. Entire staff is friendly and very cooperative. The manager is very friendly and very helpful. Even they arranged for parcel of food when we were to depart. The garden has play equipments to children and ample of car parking. The only short coming is that though the resort is at walkable distance from beach, it does not have a private entry to beach. However still I will prefer to stay in this resort next time.

Excellent and comfortable stay

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. We had booked a 6 Bedded room for 3 couples.
The first that hits you when you enter the room in Cleanliness. It scores 10/10. Simply amazing. The mgmt is very peculiar about cleanliness and their actions speak for themselves.
Food is good. We had surmai fry thali. Although the eating area needs a bit of coloring. Its still in raw state.
The hotel is not exactly on the beach and you cannot view the sea but a heavenly beach is just 5 min walk from there. I have never seen such uninhabited beach until now.
All in all - recommended place.
Tips - Avoid Ganapatipule temple and better drive about 15KMS from this hotel towards Jaigad to reach Shree Vinayak Temple built by JSW corp. It 1000 times better peaceful and zero traffic jam.

Worth a revisit

Very good value for money, we stayed for five nights & had a very peaceful & relaxing stay. Although it's a rickshaw ride away from Malgund , the nearest village & the resort doesn't do meals yet other than breakfast that was ok as there's restaurant two minutes walk away. Come back in the future & the restaurant at the resort should be ready.The beach is only a few minutes too. The hotel is relatively new so rooms are spacious, well designed all with balconies overlooking the garden which has been nicely landscaped. The staff were really friendly and helpful . Very good value.
