POOR FRONT OFFICE SUPPORT
Used bottles u may seee.... They will take their own time to attend the issue...
I have again booked this property after some time but unfortunate to say that no improvement they wont give water also if you are readu to pay also. . Receptionist Mr Sakthimurugan will not support you. .
If you want complementary water bottle also you have to go to reception and collect. .
Thank god they are not asking us to write and get bottle.
Management is not really interested in reviews submitted its a busy area and they get guests

Truly amazing
Hospitality at its best. They treat you very well. We stayed room 509 and due to problems at other property which was miserable came.in here.

Wonderful place with great staff
Located in the prime of Pondicherry, every attraction is within walkable distance form the place. Hotel has a good vibe. Though a bit more attention should be given to bed linen and sheets.
