Exceptional Service & Friendly Staff
The first thing one notices about Gateway Goa is the highly trained and friendly staff. From the front desk to Trophe restaurant where Gaurav, Pritam, and Kunal work.. and all going above and beyond.
And especially Pooja with her always smiling face and always wanting to help with everything.
We love the food and exceptional service so much that we come several times each month.

Good Experience
Staff is humble and helpful. Good property.
Just need a bit improvement in variety of dishes for breakfast.

Excellent Stay
I had a really wonderful stay at Gateway Palolem. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and has a lovely atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. The location is excellent, and the overall experience was comfortable and memorable.
A special mention to Pankaj and Temero and Nitin(In-Room) for their warm hospitality and helpful nature. They were always attentive, polite, and made sure everything was taken care of. Their friendly service genuinely made my stay even better.
Thank you to the entire team for making my time at Gateway Palolem so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in South Goa!

Best Stay Experience in India
The stay was comfortable, the food was nice, the buffet spread has decent variety and the facilities was good. The most important highlight though was the friendly staff who displayed wonderful customer service. Special mentions: Tamra the receptionist, Marium the restaurant staff and Pankaj.
The rooms was overall very comfortable and clean with some nice views but certain things could be improved on. The bathroom was clean but the drain was a bit clogged, the balcony floor feels bit sticky and one of the room had a small piece of plaster falling off the wall and dysfunctional bathroom lock. I suggest better attention from the cleaning staff and, regular maintenance and inspections of the rooms.
Overall recommended place and as someone who has been travelling throughout India — Kashmir, Himachal, Delhi — this stay genuinely feels like the best of them all.
