VERY PLEASANT STAY

We stayed only for a night but I have to admit that it was one of the best experience I've had. The hotel staff is outstanding. Right from the check in process to the check out process, everything was super smooth. They greet you with smiles and make sure they give you everything you want to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are nice . The breakfast is also good. Super impressed with their service and definitely going back!
The room was comfortable and the staff really helpful and friendly, I highly recommend it to all travelers willing to avoid large hotel chains!

Poor customer service and rude behaviours of Hotel Staff

I recently had stayed at the hotel, and unfortunately my experience was far from satisfactory.
Due to poor customer service and rude interactions from the staff throughout my visit.
Don’t recommend for future travel plans.
I believe it’s important to share this feedback for the benefit of hotel management and future guests.

They are not good not good food poor service not good management not having manners to speak as we have ordered some food food and it was not quite good even they though not replace it and they are not even lessing their cost because of their food

Royal feel

Visited for dinner with my friends. The beautiful building gives a royal feel. Beautiful environment in the hotel also. Hotel staff is very friendly. Maintained a standardised taste of all food items. Very genuine prices also. Enjoyed the food.

Great hotel with real food .

It is always you want be their again and again.With our without family..No wounder why people love this place.It is best food joint in the region . Even the paradise the banquet is for for celebrating all types of function and corporate.
