It's all about location

Checkin was quick and straight forward. Staff is friendly and helpful. We even got some toilet paper which was stored away in a cupboard . Complementary water provided, no toiletries.
Our budget room had a good working fan, tv, hot water (bucket style). Room and bed were clean as far it can be cleaned with old appliances. Bed was comfortable and big.
When arriving it felt a bit odd around the lobby area if you would call it like that - very sparsely furnished. Wifi only in the lobby.
It's an old hotel but they don't hide that fact but you can't beat the location. Temple just around the corner and plenty of food options in walking distance.
We felt comfortable and secure and it was perfect for a few days.

Terrible Experience

Torn bedsheets, stale blanket, unclean toilet, no cupboard, no table. Over priced by make my trip . 2500 paid for filthy room.

Worst experience with service in double bed stay. Moved out in less than 24 hrs. Not recommended at all.

Booked a single room with a double bed, but the experience was extremely disappointing. There was no hot water even after waiting over an hour, and the room phone, intercom, and TV were not working. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and only a single-bed blanket was provided for two people.
When I raised these issues, the supervisor and manager responded unprofessionally by yelling instead of resolving the problems. Shockingly, management suggested that hot water is a luxury rather than a basic amenity. Overall, poor service and a complete lack of customer respect.

Worst hospitality

Plz avoid this hotel. First, no parking, then very rude front desk people especially Mr Manikandan, no proper response for anything, no intercom, no amenities, no drinking water, no toiletries, no proper response from any front desk person.

Average

No windows. No ventilation. No way to thrown air out. Congested between buildings. But budget hotel. Ok for single day stay. Some what near to meenakshi temple west gate. No parking space. Room service is good
