Great Location. Neat Hotel. Super Breakfast
I have stayed in Gemini Continental on three occasions so far. It is a professionally-run hotel, located at less than a kilometre from Hazratgganj, Lucknow's beating heart. It's also adjacent to restaurants such as Dastarkhan, Noosheen Jaan and my favorite, Dal Mein Kala, a 5feet by 5 feet joint that serves quality Afghan chicken and decentg fish tikka. Gemini's own restaurant, Zaika, is pretty good too and i love its detailed breakfast spread, which includes dishes like Chicken Nahari and excellent jalebis. I( had problem with the parking on two occasions. My car's movement was restricted by other cars parked cheek by jowl. The owners locked their cars and had not bothered to tell the watchmen. But that's a city problem, not of the hotel, although the watchmen should be more attentive. Ovedrall, i recommend the hotel for its location, clean rooms, error free bath rooms and fairly courteous staff.

Not Satisfied
Staying in this hotel for a day, Rooms are in normal shape, open wirings not safe for kids, anybody can get a shock, mirror in the room is broken and requires renewal. Kettle for hot water is broken, drain in wash basin clogged, water accummulating, used old soap still lying in shower area, Safety wise the bathroom sliding door is broken and hanging, it can anyday fall on a person and can cause serious injuries, Overall not satisfied by the hotel and reputation, also not satisfied with manager Mr. Rohit's response on that

Desk staff are horrible
Nice hotel and room. Food is great. But desk staff are arrogant/rude and don't expect any hospitality from them. Irritating and annoying.
