Good stay st ssk in peoples are good and reception Mr.Mani doing great and job i really apriciate his all assistance in my stay
Over all good stay
Everyday who cleans our room also verygood and perfect
Also this is budgeted hotel for all kind of business peoples.

Worst service, Staffs need to be trained

Once we checked in SSK Inn, We asked for water they said no water, they recommended us to buy water from outside, Second, We asked for room fresher they didnt take to their hear, we asked 4 times, they said we will bring till we vacate they did not brought the Room Freshener. Mug and the Glass are pathetic no cleanliness. No intercom working. We requested many things from reception they never listening they are asking us to wait they are busy chatting with colleagues.
While vacating the room the receptionist are forcing us to pay tips to employees, i dont know what good service they did.
To Management: please take necessary action, No customer will come back to your Hotel if your staffs behaving like this . They need to be trained how to handle customers. Because you will lose your brand because of your staffs behavior.

Worst Experience i had

Owner is not at all good guy,the way he speaks and behave is such a worst,he speaks many rules while boarding room itself.Such a worst maintenance,no proper parking place,worst cleaning facility inside.Cockroaches,mosquitoes etc.Please dont choose this hotel

Recommended only as last option

Location of the hotel is on the congested small street. Checkin process was ok. Rooms are good with good AC cooling. But many cockroaches around.Pest Control is must.
Room TV was not working and wasted for an hour to get it replaced. Room service is the worst part except for that one guy who did this TV change without any demand for money. REst of the housekeeping and room service never ever do anything for us. But demand hefty money when you leave. Do not pay any single amount to them. The front for the reception is parked with full of Autos which is a big hindrance for smooth parking of our vehicles. Room telephones never work and reception never picks up our phone. You can keep this hotel as a last option for your budget needs.

My opinion

I will say it's a above average only. Advantage is it's nearby to Varadharajan temple. It doesn't have a attached restaurant. Underground parking is there.
Having a Wedding hall in the ground floor is a disturbance for a calm stay.
