It is very close to shopping center and trail.The only downside are stairs..steep stairs.Person needs to be physically fit to stay in this hotel

Spacious room but have to take 40-50 steps which is tough

Room was spacious but teaching hotel require climbing stairs of 50-60 steps which can be tough to reach. However it is hardly 10 min distance from Mall Road. Room was spacious with tv. However my room didn’t had the phone to call reception. Geyser was there are hot water is running in wash basin also. Breakfast and dinner was in our package. There was not much the option. Just 2 curry,chapatis, rice and dal. I was looking for more varieties.

Excellent

Excellent Staff and Service
The Staff were really humble they helped a lot specifically a Staff named Chandan Shah and his friend Akash Mahji were really Good to us

Good

Their service and ambience is so good specially their restaurant food is so tasty specially restaurant staff name vijoyda take care like own family members and view from their terist is so amazing we can see Kanchanjsngha from their terist but the only promble is their location, this hotel is situated on hill top so we have walk ‍♂️ from down of the hill .But the hotel have lift. So nothing worry.

Chandan Shah and Om Rai

The hotel was really good and i liked the service and i specially like the Bellboy whose name was Chandan Shah and there was one more boy named Om Rai this two guys were very helpful. All others staff were also good.
