Worst customer service

We have been here since last night, The customer service is Worst. We are in group of 13 persons. We have not been provided the water in rooms even on the next day, today morning the water jug provided but the glass was not there. Toiletries are still far away. The breakfast time was scheduled at 8.30 am we all are ready at the dining table on that time but but the breakfast served on 10.30. It is nearly 12 noon and we are moving out for city tour. Very astonishing and worst experience in this tour. This is our last destination in Rajasthan, we traveled jodhpur, jaiselmer but no such incidents countered.

Good hotel

That are very nice hotel & good service and cleaness. Room are very nice. Hotel are middel of the city near by railway station. The staff are also nice & helpfull nature. Over all are very excellent. I thing that are very best for the family, frends and couple hotel.

1 Night stay - Hotel Babu Palace, Bikaner

We stayed for a night at Babu Palace with my family. The place is close to railway station. Don't expect fancy hotel - however it had all basic requirements. Clean place, clean sheets, hot water for shower. The staff was very courteous and attentive. I asked them multiple times to help with filling up drinking water in my water bottles - they obliged. The restaurant is downstairs - I didn't like the food (though it could be my personal preference). If you want clean, safe stay for affordable price, go for this!
