It was a fabulous hotel, it was clean and modern . Our ro was spacious and it was very easy to get around from there as the metro, trams and buses were in the doorstep. However, hotels should have complimentary left luggage service and we ended up paying 35 euros to leave it in lockers . We were very disappointed by this as it was something we took for granted as a normal hotel service and maybe should have read small print. I’ve never stayed in a hotel without it before so was very surprised and felt it let the hotel down.

Our room was clean quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel while not being in the center. It is easy to get around. Carpark underneath. Train tram trolleys and buses right outside

The best hotel ever, great breakfast and I cannot remember a time that the staff was that kind with us. Made us fell great there!

Intercity Hotel Budapest is a good choice when visiting Budapest. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast to start the day. Close to transportation options. Friendly staff.

It does what advertised. A very well-maintained modern Hotel across from the rather shabby (and no longer chic, but still quite elegant) Keleti Station. I just needed a convenient room as I arrived from Vienna by train and flew out the next day. Several groceries nearby but only rather basic dining choices close. Not the nicest area of Budapest, but not particularly shady on a sunny summer afternoon. Fabulous spacious lobby. Room had everything needed, although the cooling system was strained on a very hot day.
