All perfect

Zsuzsa and her daughter are wonderful. The room is large and very comfortable. There is air conditioning. The mattress is comfortable, the sheets soft and the double pillow. All perfect.
Exceptional breakfast, especially savory, but there are also cereals, jams and cakes.
Internal parking, bus stop immediately outside the structure.
All perfect.

Lovely hosts, great service

We stayed here one night with my family after a wedding. The hosts are very welcoming and lovely, the room me and my partner stayed in was really nice, with an entrance to the garden. We were offered tea and coffee (with the option of plant based milk) and a wide range of delicious biscuits in the morning. Very grateful for our stay here.

Cozy homelike place at the edge of Budapest

Stayed for 1 night, single room with patio view. Closed territory, well-furnished room, clean but hot in summer. Homelike interior with local touch. Very quiet area in Budapest suburbs. Feels like being in a summer residence at home.

Just great

This family makes the best they can in order to keep their guest happy. Really good breakfast, extremely friendly owners, clean and chill.
Just the perfect choice for our 5 nights/6 days trips here.
Everything was beyond our expectations. The lady owner make breakfast for every single person we talked about history and Hungarian heritage. We were welcomed with free coffee and/or cold water when we arrived that we got really good help finding a place to have dinner and the next following days we had insight information about the places to visit at Balaton!
Just perfect! The best experience so far for a family run business.
Clean, organized and extremely pleasant. we will be back, even if it is a 30 minutes bus ride till the first Budapest metro station. :)

Outstanding!

I stayed here several times during the past months and have to say this place is outstanding value for the money. People make the difference, and in this case the host is simply wonderful. The property is situated in the center of Budakeszi, next to the bus station and close to all nearby restaurants and points of interest. Rooms are fitted with everything you'd expect, all in very good condition, and complimentary coffee and tea is available throughout the day. There is free parking in the courtyard, nice green garden and tables outside to enjoy in the summer evenings. Breakfast has a rich offering and the host will offer to cook eggs or omelets, and have to say they are extremely good.
The host does not speak fluent English, only German, so unless you speak German or Hungarian communication might be a bit difficult. Although the property is located by the main road, guest rooms are situated towards the back of the courtyard and are extremely quiet - only noise we noticed was the church bells from time to time.
I do not give 5 starts often but this place definitely deserves it. What stands out is the atmosphere and friendliness of the owners who really make you feel at home. We spoke with other guests and all had only praise words for their experience with this pension.Congratulations to Susanna and her husband for being able to create and maintain such a gem!
