Best hostel of the trip! Mason is the best yoga instructor!

My friends and I all agreed that this hostel was the best from our trip! The staff is very welcoming and in turn made this a very friendly experience! We took a yoga class with mason and she was absolutely excellent! There were movie and karaoke nights that we enjoyed as well for free. Overall highly positive atmosphere!

Highlight of my two week trip

Honestly had the most fun here! Such a good atmosphere, friendly staff. Golan is the perfect host and he did everything he could to take care of me. Activities are spot on and everyone comes together in the evening for an inclusive time! Really nice to have a space to accommodate for some down time by the pool in the day. Offers a perfect combo. Love the hammocks and the pups

Perfect place to enjoy everything Semuc Champey has to offer. A beautiful paradise nestled in the jungle to relax and explore. The staff are wonderful , helpful and always available. The food is lovely and many places to enjoy, relax, swing in a hammock, visit the river, do a cave tour, see the waterfalls, walk the mirador, jump in the pool and relax. A great place to meet backpackers and travellers with a huge pool and great bar staff that bring everyone together with their pool bar. Definitely will revisit, perfect for solo travellers or huge groups in dorms or private rooms. 10/10 recommend. Something for all budgets available.

BEAUTIFUL

Stunning property, really nice rooms and great service right in the middle of the jungle. I read some complaints about needing to buy food here, but it really is the only option and most hotels here do it. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the place has a great location and vibe. They play music but not overly loud, and it's good music. Maybe not as quiet as some places but still not too loud.

Best Hostel with the best staff in the middle of the jungle

Me and my friend had the best time ever at Greengos! It already started with the nicest and best welcome from Eddie and Didi at the reception! We arrived to early but could already check in with no problem.
We immediately felt like home and everyone else from the staff blew us away with their kindness, friendliness and hospitality.
It’s extremely close for a daily excursion to Semuc Champey. ( you can walk there in a few minutes)
If you just wanna relax, eat super nice food ( Didi is cooking the sh** out of the hummus- it’s amazing!) or chill at the beautiful pool, read a book in the sun - Greengos is the place to be!
Although we didnt feel like party the vibes on the weekend were so nice that we decided to participate in the Karaoke and Bingo Night and especially because of the wonderful Lea ,who was hosting the events ,we had a blast.
Thanks to everyone for this amazing stay - also Golan who gave us this wonderful tips and the best sunday trip ever
