We will come back again!

We arrived as a couple in the hotel, it’s a very beautiful hotel complex, there are many places to relax but if you want entertainment you‘ll have it too, the entertainment team is super, they made great shows every evening and activities during the day, don’t miss it! The food is nice too, the rooms are big and clean, the beach is nice too. We will come back again!

Disgrace! fraud!

Scammers. Since we were traveling with our dog, we chose it because it was one of the few pet-friendly hotels in Thaosos. Upon arrival, we immediately paid for 4 nights by credit card. The room was very dirty. There was hair on the pillow, there was a yellow stain on the bedspread. The air conditioner was working and not working. There were black flies everywhere. We left in less than half an hour. We didn't stay at the hotel. Although we were told that we could get our money back, it has been 2 months and they have not made a refund and they do not return any of our e-mails. Irresponsible, disrespectful owners and a dirty hotel.

Do not try your chance with a such unserious hotel !

Philip from hotel managment totaly telling lie ! They gave me missing info about account number and monday and Tuesday did not reply my emails and phone calls! When I reach him , He guaranty rooms for us and when we are on the way to he canceled them ! I asked him for an alternative payment method, he said no need and ,100% we have reserved for us! ( due bank /national holiday in Turkey we could not make e-transfer .They are a frivolous company that does not keep its word, they do not deserve any positive comments! But we are lucky that we did not have to spend a holiday with a bad company like them! I will share this infamous situation with all online channels ! I have all relation with hotel by emails which I can proof all!
Company managment canceled our booking on 30/06 which we were on the way to hotel and our check in date was 01/07/2023!!!!

Nice and positive vibes

Marti Resort is a place with nice vibes. It is a family place, wirh a nice pool for children, with nice animals rescued by the owners, with a nice private beach and a beautiful view. I felt like i was received in the family in this place. Thank you very much Dimitri and your wife. Thank you very much, Marti Resort. Hope to come back soon.

Cosy little hotel

The hotel is in the west of the island which not touristic. There are no nearby taverns or shopping. The food is avarage in the hotel. The owner and his wife is very helpful but the young staff are inexoerienced. Especially the young guy who was serving in the bar is very rude. There is a continous clubbing music in the main area and in the beach. Although everybody told him that they are not enjoying the music andwanted tranquility he kept on playing in high volumes.
I would highly recommend the owner to change the staff if they want more customers.
