Like at home

When kindness and generous hospitality like Vicki's welcome you, what else can you ask for? The cleanliness is perfect, the rooms are complete with everything you need, the prices allow you to enjoy a long stay on this surprising island.

The room is ok, the bathroom a bit small, but it is clean. The double room they gave me is perfect for one or two nights

No food. No coffee. The distance from the port is 16 km. But the hotel is clean. There was air conditioning but no remote, and no one to ask if there was an extra charge and they had the option to use it. Prinos The hotel is located right on the sea, may be 10-15 meters.

Much more than a hotel!

You can’t imagine a more pleasant hotel for your stay at Prinos: very cosy rooms, clean and well located. But first and foremost it’s Vicky and her parents who make this place that familiar and particular Greek. Especially the breakfast on the beach with fresh fruits from Apostolos‘ garden make you feel like heaven. — mit Sascha Kasapis.

ideal for families with small kids

We spent 3 night here, just before the season starts.
Owners are really nice and make you feel comfortable.
small street in front is not even a street...So very cool and safe for young kids. direct access to beach. Nice terasse with shadow to have a drink keeping an eye on kids.
Safe also for them the beach with nice shallow water.
Cool neighbourhood...Restaurants, shops, dive center (right next door Ask for Kev or Didi...Really cool guys and real pros)
Very good value. Rooms are simple but clean and direct view on the beach.
We highly recommand this place. specially if you have babies or small kids. Quite area and family friendly. English and german spoken. Ask for Vicky -)

Nice hotel short walk from ferry

Stayed at the Prinos Hotel for the first two days of our holiday (End of August 2014) as it was close to the ferry port, when we arrived on the ferry and we also wanted to explore the beaches around Prinos. We thought we would get a room overlooking the harbour as the room was booked months in advance.
However when we arrived we were put in a room next to the reception desk. With a balcony that looked out onto a field at the back of the hotel.  We were told that the hotel was unusually busy for September and regular customers were allocated  sea view rooms. 
The rear facing balcony would not normally be a problem but the balcony/room next door was the utility washing/laundry room for the hotel and had numerous sheets drying on the balcony. This would not have been a problem, but for some reason there was a dirty bucket of water on the utility balcony which seemed to attract numerous flies. Also as the room was next to the reception desk. Every conversation could be clearly heard morning and night. 
The room itself was small but was clean and worth the money. If it wasn't for above issues we would have stayed a few more nights.
Would stay again if a different room was available.
