Wonderful stay in this beach side hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We had been in contact with the hotel prior to arrival to arrange car hire for our arrival at the airport and Alexandra had organised this for us. The hotel and grounds were lovely and every member of the team were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was nice with a selection of hot and cold choices.
Manos on the bar was such a nice guy who made great cocktails. The pool area was lovely with comfortable sun loungers and also the beach was so close.
The walk into Chora was only 10 minutes along the beach boardwalk. The hotel is perfectly located and we really enjoyed our stay and wished we'd have stayed longer. We will definitely return.

Wonderful Stay

Brilliant Accommodation and facilities. Lovely owners and bar staff. We had an upgrade for 3 nights in a huge room, 4th night the room was just as nice with balcony directly to pool. Gorgeous place to stay

Too expensive for what it was

Naxos was our 3rd stop on our Greece adventure. For $465 per night per room was expecting a bit more out of this hotel. We paid less for a 2 bedroom apartment in Santorini. The pool area could use some upkeep. Green moss all around the pool edge, broken tiles and rust covered umbrella bases. Not enough lounges around the pool for the size of the hotel.
We upgraded to 2 natura suites. Rooms were nice but super cramped. Ours had a huge tub that took up a ton of space and a completely open shower which was a little awkward for our 2 teens sharing a room. Beds were super hard. Our bed was elevated on a pebble rock platform which was a hazard. Almost fell on my face in the middle of the night.
Breakfast could have been a bit better. Most of the hot food was cold.
1 key per room was difficult and this should be improved.
Location was good being right next to the beach and all the beach restaurants and about a 10-15 minute walk to the town which we didn’t know about until our last night.

Disappointing for the price !

…booked via Booking because of the beautiful photos and the name Beachhotel. Unfortunately, the photos are nicer than reality.
It is only a short walk to the beach, but unfortunately the beach hotel does not have its own lounge chairs there, though you can rent them inexpensively for 40 euros a day :-(
Upon entering our room, you were standing directly in an open bathroom/shower, so you are showering in the bedroom (interesting concept), but there was no hook to hang up your towel.
A non-existent closet is compensated for by a few shelves, no storage space for suitcases, no seating.
The furniture on the balcony was a bit shabby, but you could sit quite comfortably.
All specified furnishings were present and worked.
The rating is poor because you should not pay 700 euros for 2 nights for this standard. Really disappointing!!!
PS at least the staff was friendly

Lovely hotel 2 mins walk from a great beach. Swimming pool and rooms with own balconies make this a great place to stay on Naxos.
A 10 minute walk takes you into the main town.
