Happily surprised
The food was excellent, with a great variety of dishes every day. There was always something new to try, and we especially appreciated the wide selection of fresh fish available daily. The quality and diversity of the meals exceeded our expectations.
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thank you to the restaurant manager, Dimitri, who made sure every guest was comfortable during meals and paid great attention to every detail.
We would also like to thank the lovely lady at the pool bar. She was always smiling, kind, and happy to help. She never had a problem filling our 1-liter water bottle, which we really appreciated, especially during the hot days.
Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and truly enjoyed our stay. We would be happy to come back in the future!

We are having an absolutely wonderful time at Hersonissos
The food is simply delicious – every meal has been amazing. We are absolutely sure we will return home a few kilos heavier, but it will be worth every bite! The variety and quality of the food have exceeded our expectations.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The towels are changed every day, which we really appreciate. The swimming pools are always clean and well looked after, creating the perfect place to relax. The beach is just a short walk from the hotel, making the location absolutely ideal
The entire staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. A special thank you goes to the hotel manager, who is an exceptionally kind person. It was such a nice surprise wieniec he told us, that he once lived in Poland for a while!
Our hearts were also won by the beach bar, Know Bar, and especially by the wonderful waitress, Nicoletta. She made every day even more enjoyable with her warm personality and outstanding service. She went above and beyond on our son's 5th birthday by organizing beautiful surprises during dinner, making the celebration truly unforgettable. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that we will always remember.
Thank you to everyone at Hersonissos Palace for making our holiday so special. We can't wait to come back!
