definitely not a hotel i would recommend.

during our recent trip, my family and I decided to book this hotel and found the experience to be unpleasant. firstly, the room was below expectations. we were given a very small room for 3 adults. the furniture looked like it hadn’t been updated in years, although the bathroom looked clean, it felt poorly maintained. the rest of the room didn’t help either, everyting looked old, cheap and thrown together without care. the internet connection was poor, almost nonexistent. we asked for a room change, although they didn’t seem too pleased about it, they did go ahead and give us another one. the room we received was slightly better, it looked like it was renovated recently. the third bed provided was a basic folding rollaway frame with wooden slats and a thin mattress, offering very little comfort. It felt more like a camp bed than something suitable for adult guests in a hotel, also there was a strong and unpleasant smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. the food was tasty but the workers served it onto your plate without letting you choose how much food you wanted. additionally the selection was quite limited, so there wasn’t much variety to pick from. it felt a bit restrictive, even though the dishes themselves were good. there was also an old lady who tried snatching my moms plate full of food from the table and then yelled at us saying that we stayed too long in the hostelry and that this so called hostelry isn’t a “restaurant”. the cleanliness was well maintained, towels were changed daily and the cleaning lady was friendly and did a great job.

Unpleasant, very rude old woman at the restaurant

The only positive thing is the level of hygiene in the hotel- the room is cleaned every day, the towels changed and a big swimming pool.
However, there are more disadvantages. First, the guests are charged for parking lot within the hotel 10 e per day, which is completely insane.
Secondly, when it comes to food, there is very little choice and it is not self-service. Also, we did not feel comfortable at the restaurant since the staff is constantly observing the guests because it is strictly forbidden to bring your own drinks or take out food from the restaurant even for the babies and toddlers who did not want to eat. And water is not free of charge, you have to pay if you would like water during dinner. This hotel does not deserve four stars. We stayed at many four-star hotels and even five-star and didn't have such unpleasant experience.

Nice hotel, great location

Hotel has renovated rooms which they consider as premium rooms, standard rooms are not renovated. Furniture is old, beds are not really comfortable but they are equipped with a fridge, tv, air conditioner and other standard features. It is clean, towels are changed daily, bedding was changed once in ten days. What's great about the hotel is the food (very very good food), location (100m from the beach and right next to the pedestrian area) and great friendly staff. All of them speak at least one foreign language, some of them speak several languages (english, serbian, russian etc). Hotel has some parking but it is limited with capacity, you can't make reservations and it is charged 10e/day or 5e in total if you get the parking lot in the street. Overall i would say it is good value for the money. We had a great time during our stay.

Perfect location

Period of stay: 24/06-5/07/2022
The hotel per general is amazing.
The teritory very and very green and clean.
The rooms all with the garden and pool view. Air condition, fridge, tv.
We had HB. The food was very tasty, not a turkey variety but totally enough for a good meal. Always meat, sometimes seafood, always something greek tradiotional meal, always fruits and cakes. Bravo the cooks! Evenings: any beverage not included, with payment only.
Parking free.
The location: in the center of Hanioti, very good location, everything was nearby, shops, restaurants, beach.
