Perfect for families with a dog

We stayed there for three nights. The owner was immediately, even before our arrival, very kind. The spacious apartment with terrace is in the center of Nea Vrasna. Perfect for families and, above all, pet friendly. Thanks to Dinos and his family for their kindness. We will meet again soon!

Most terrible and traumatic experience. Disappointing and dated property. Arrogant and abusive host.

The room was not as advertised. It was dated and shabby, with amenities unavailable or not working. The bathroom was particularly tired and obsolete. Shortly after we moved in, it became clear that the toilet was not flushing properly, hence there was a constant foul smell. It was bath/toilet together, yet here was no bathtub, shower cabin, or even a tray under the shower or a curtain around it, only a shower head and a rusty shelf on the wall. The floor was constantly wet and slippery because of the water running directly onto it. No bathmat or towel to step on either. Hazardous and a major safety concern. There were no images of this or any other than the penthouse bathroom on the property’s profile.
The dated tiny kitchenette featured nothing other than a kettle and a single electric hotplate.
The entire room was outdated and had obviously never been renovated ever since the property was built back in the 60-ies.
Host/ Service
No one met us upon arrival. There was no staff at the property at all at any time. I contacted the host after the first night, requesting to pay and leave because of the bathroom and the safety concerns for my 87-year-old mum that is presented. The host was unresponsive, when he eventually replied he wrote in Greek and when he came to the property his behaviour was arrogant, rude and abusive. His reply was that it is my problem, not his, and I shouldn’t have brought my mum over if she’s so old and I have concerns about her safety. Instead of an apology for the inconvenience and the misleading information provided about the property, he was aggressive and insolent.

TERRIBLE

Its terible, the servis is terible, the towels and bedsheets are yellow, the woman in the reception needs to be more polite, she is very rude for someone who works in this type od place. They don’t have basic type od tings that one “hotel” needs to have. Never coming here again.

Excellent stay

Very friendly staff, good accomodation with beautiful sea view. Appropriate for those who seek a relaxing holiday away from the crowded markets. The place is pet friendly and pretty close to the restaurants and market, yet in a quiet area.

Skip this one, too much money, for bad smell.

We chose the hotel because it said that there is a kitchen, so we can cook for the baby (1.5 years old).. There was only kettle. We had to go by car to get some soups for the baby :( Our room war on ground floor.
Bad smell from the bathroom.
Lack of hot water
Terrible condition of the furniture
Additional charge for air conditioning.
WI-FI - tragic
Beach is not very good.
Look at the pictures.
Only plus is that beach is close and the owner speaks English.
