I rarely write reviews, but our experience at the Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers was so extraordinary that I felt compelled to share it.
I stayed here for 4 nights to reunite with my family after two months apart, and the hotel staff made this moment incredibly special for us.
The front desk team was incredibly attentive and accommodating to our family needs, helping us upgrade to a beautiful suite as soon as it became available and ensuring my son's comfort throughout our stay.
The breakfast was spectacular, with amazing variety and quality, and the views from the property are simply breathtaking. Also, the pool area is fantastic, perfect for relaxing.
A solid 10/10 for the facilities, but most importantly, for their outstanding customer service.
Thank you so much for everything! We will definitely be back.

Do not book it’s not a 5 star
But if you’re booking for two weeks like we did, it feels like you in a grey prison cell
The Cleaning staff will come use the same cloth to clean the basin the toilet and yes all of the surfaces and you ask him to remove the gloves or wash their hands they will not. They’ll then touch your bed and beddings and do with the same hands they used on the toilet and everywhere else.
Evening meals are a -10 stars they’ve got the Sky restaurant the menu is quite small and the portions are even smaller And I cannot I cannot understand how it is a five star the Cleaning the room service is Rubbish. The room service comes after one hour and the food is absolutely disgusting. The hotels got stains on the carpets dark grey carpets and it was not a five star service were five star hotel please see the pictures and the videos attached.
And WiFi is very very bad

We had a free upgrade to a suite which was a lovely surprise and the room was amazing with a wonderful view as all of the walls are glass windows.
We will definitely stay there again when we’re next in Tbilisi.

Customer service sadly lacking!
However, the service was terrible.
When I took a shower, the water poured out under the glass door all over the floor. I had to use the mat to wipe up all the water. The next morning I reported it at the front desk, and asked for more bathmats. I also reported that a light in the ceiling was burned out. They said they would look into the shower and fix the light.
When we got back that evening, nothing had been done. I called reception. They said they would follow up with maintenance and housekeeping, but that they were both "very busy." No one came.
I didn’t mention it the next morning. But when we got back to the hotel that evening, not only had nothing been done, but now we had no towels! No bath towels, no bathmats, no facecloths, and only 1 hand towel. It was obvious that housekeeping had come, yet the sink wasn’t cleaned (it was black and showed every mark). The wastebasket lid had been removed and was left sitting on the floor, and there was no bag in the wastebasket.
On the last morning during that stay we requested a 6:45am wake-up call. They didn't call until 7am.
We came back to Tbilisi later during the trip and stayed again at this hotel (we had no choice – it was an organized tour). Since the room we had the first time around had 2 single beds, I specifically asked this time for a “big bed.” The girl at the from desk said "big bed?" and I said yes. However, when we went upstairs, we found a room with 2 single beds. I went downstairs to have the room changed.
When we returned to the hotel the following evening, we found that the cleaner had taken away one of the 2 hand towels without replacing it and also the only facecloth we had.
I initially loved the hotel and would have given it 6 stars out of 5, but because of the poor service, they don’t deserve more than 2 stars. Customer service is everything, but they just don’t get it!
