Good communication with the host, good service and clean nice rooms. Nice location and pool, only 10 min walk to st tropez harbour.

Beautiful

Beautiful location just outside the city center 10 min walk. Host very kind and welcoming. Clean and beautiful swimming pool. We had the small room that would deserve a small coffee machine and some extra small products but everything was great.

This is a managed property, not a hotel. The room was clean, serviced daily, and decently appointed, the building had a nice pool, and the location was good (15-20 minute walk from the port/center of Saint Tropez). That said, it was also tiny and overpriced and other residents were loud and noisy at the pool until the wee hours of the morning since there is no management present in the evening, hence the average rating.

Very bad hospitality

I was there for a wedding and when getting prepared electricity went off. Not able to use the iron for my dress neither the blow dryer. Tried to call the host without any answer. Had to run in all st tropez under 40degres to find a solution that cost me 150euros. The host did only send a text message 2 hours later saying it came back without even apologizing. The next day he said he will refund a part of the room night however never replied back to a single call or message since three weeks. Also the day before my arrival I call to understand if I was staying in a room or apparement and he got upset saying I don’t get why you are calling everything is written on the confirmation. There is no place to make coffee in the property (even 2 stars hotels does), room is basic. He was nice at the arrival though but not reliable and trustworthy at the end.
