Everything to relax.
Very good experience: a fully renovated air-conditioned room on the 5th floor with a living room and a kitchenette. A very warm welcome. Impeccable balneotherapy facilities (towels and bathrobes provided) ideal for relaxing, the location by Lake Christus, but above all an excellent restaurant (half-board) with a very elaborate daily menu!
I recommend it.

Good but not in summer south side
Breakfast decent value for money
Air conditioning largely inadequate if south and west side (window windows not insulated)
Huge covered parking at 8€

Bordering on bad faith!
2 years ago, I had taken a lake exposure because I had accommodation on the 5th floor.
I took a lake exposure again with an apartment on the 2nd floor, for an extra charge of €210 (!!!).
I will let you appreciate the view I had of a ... tree.
I brought this up several times at the desk, with everyone referring me to the managers.
Which I ended up doing, because there was a real abuse.
I was very curtly dismissed in front of everyone, and the person, out of arguments, told me that it was a southwest exposure!!!
I sent emails to the director who replied that it was a lake exposure and not a lake view, since the lake was indeed behind ... the tree!!!!!!!!.
Being a man of my word, I paid my €210 supplement.
When you are nearing a €2000 bill, you could expect something else.
and clearly, some people are not in the right place.
This point is very contentious and I am considering consulting the DGCCRF.
So, avoid any exposure supplement!!!!!!!!!

Awful hotel- check your card statements carefully
Some of the staff looked miserable and the hotel made unauthorised and unitemised charges for rooms that had already been paid for. The hotel management were completely unwilling to recognise their error and so I was left to sort it out by disputing the charges with my bank.
I wouldn't recommend recommend this hotel at all. If you must stay there then do check your card statement very carefully for unauthorised charges.
