Stopover at the Concorde in Rodez.
A somewhat outdated hotel, but we were lucky to have a spacious room (room 45). Spacious bathroom. In short, an unbeatable value for money.
Breakfast at 11 euros with plenty of choices. Friendly staff.

Very good.
2 adults and 2 children. We arrived late; the reception was closed, but by calling ahead, we had the procedure to retrieve the keys.
It is clean, we slept very well, the room is not modern, but we had all the comfort.
The key handover the next day takes place at another hotel higher up (a few meters away).

The young man on duty spoke good French but was completely unhelpful and without a grasp of customer service - when I explained the dangerous condition of the lift, he tried to defend it!
The lift is only big enough for 1 person plus a bag but when I tried to reverse out of the lift,my foot was caught on the 8cm lip of the lift shaft and I fell over backwards,hitting my head, back and cutting my elbow. This situation is not helped by the absence of lighting on the first floor- the light switch is across the corridor and can't be seen or accessed from the lift.
The receptionist on Sunday morning was more receptive to the idea that this was a dangerous condition and understood why there was blood on the sheets.
The room was adequate with an acceptable shower and bed.
Breakfast was adequate.

Personally I greatly appreciated the friendliness of the staff it is 2 hotels, twinned with the hotel du Midi which is opposite and in which we had our meals Everything was there to spend a good time of the friendliness the hearty breakfast impeccable meals I am someone allergic and we had warned of this allergy they did everything so that I was not in contact with the allergen I thank them very much The staff was kind that it makes nice people feel good As for the rooms they were very nice and comfortable very clean I enjoyed the hair dryer which was a little extra (as well as the elevator)
