A hotel attentive to ecology.
The hotel, located near Perrache Station (Metro A), features a lobby that offers spaces for leisure or work, as well as an internal courtyard and a small area for children's games.
The rooms are divided into two buildings, accessible through two elevators.
The entire hotel is based on the philosophy of recycling objects, waste separation, and energy saving.
Breakfast is served on the ground floor and is varied and of good quality.
The young staff is courteous and helpful.
The strengths of the establishment are: proximity to the city center, value for money, soundproofing of the rooms, cleanliness, and the availability of water from the dispenser and herbal teas at any time of the day.
The only elements to improve are the presence of carpet in the rooms, which, besides being unhygienic, requires greater energy expenditure for daily cleaning, and the lack of a small fridge in the room, which is necessary during the summer period.
Definitely a recommended hotel for families and for those looking for a vacation without many pretensions.

The hotel is nice and well-kept, the staff is very kind, and the location is excellent for getting around, but the room was definitely too small for two people.

Great experience
Hotel in a strategic location near the Perrache station, just a few minutes from Carnot Square. Clean room, courteous and attentive staff. Our room was too small for a double and there were long wait times for the elevator. Overall, a good experience

Two stays at this hotel as part of professional training.
1st stay in December 2024: well, nice room and beautiful view, clean, quiet.
But second stay realized there in September 2025, this time I was not in the rooms of the main building, but in the part at the back of the hotel.
Part of the hotel much more noisy. Opposite ++++, the two windows of the room overlook the entire building.
All night long, non-stop noise on the stairs, in the room upstairs.
2 nights not really pleasant.
During both stays: good breakfast buffet

A very nice surprise! I recommend +++
Very loyal customer of the Accor group, it was my first experience on this Greet brand. Professionally and personally, more used to staying at Mercure or Novotel.
From the reception, through the catering (for dinner or breakfast) and the maids, a culture of customer service at the top.
Clean hotel +++, and great location.
Exceptional price/quality ratio.
A very nice experience, and without a doubt, we will come back for a next step on Lyon
