Fun and Unique experience!

Such a fun experience! The domes are clean and comfortable. The beds are wonderful. Facilities are great and well maintained. Free wellness classes in the morning are great and the pool is heavenly. Location is super close to South Haven (5 min drive). Came with my friends and we had a great time.

Unsatisfactory and rude

We had no hot water during our stay. Maintenance admitted to never checking into what the problem was after we voiced it to them. Management was rude and unprofessional when trying to resolve the issue. They only care about taking your money

We went out and checked your, there is no problem. You never told anyone you had a problem with the water until after you left. Never alerted any of the girls in the front who are the managers and the people who make sure that these things get done. We do care about our guest so much so that we provide free wellness opportunities at every turn, to this day, there is nothing wrong with your water.if I recall correctly, we did offer you $100 for whatever yousaid your inconvenience was just on your word alone however that was not good enough for you you wanted more so of course went to investigate everything and found was no problem. You could rent that dome today. Go stay there in the water would work just fine. yes, we want to make money we are a small business and our costs are through the roof and we do employ mostly single moms who are used to getting it done any which way they can so you should’ve asked one of those instead of the groundskeeper, he inadvertently forgot to mention it to us and that was the reason we offered the hundred dollars, because he did fail to communicate that to us. However., if you had a problem, you were there for days never mentioned it to anybody in the main clubhouse who’s obviously running the show until after you left. Sorry for your experience. We really do try our best with all of our guests, but we also have a fiduciary responsibility to our investors.

Relaxing and reconnecting

While visiting family on the east coast we decided to have a couple nights for ourselves on the west coast. The dome was clean and comfortable. We quickly became very relaxed and had a couple wonderful nights reconnecting. I forgot my hearing aids in the dome. The staff was very helpful and helped me arrange shipment back to my home in Alabama.

Excellent and fun experience!

Me and my sister, niece and friend went to the Daydreamer Domes for a long weekend. We had so much fun! It was a great experience. We had massages, did goat yoga, hung out by the pool. The staff is absolutely fantastic and the place itself is adorable! We will definitely be planning another trip to stay here. If you are looking for something out of the ordinary, a great location and want to spend time with great people, this is the place to go!

Great location. Close enough to South Haven, but far enough to feel like you are out of town. Facilities were fine. Pool was nice. No problems with the room. It was less lively than I thought it would be. Staff are not on-site past 6pm.
