Wonderful staff who worked with us in our time of being evacuated from the fires. Lovely property; very clean and good amenities. Thank you Spring Hill Suites for the days we needed to destress.

Great hotel! Everything about it was good. Free parking and plenty of it. Comfy bed and big rooms. Wall divider between beds and pullout couch. Breakfast was good!!! Coffee and tea available all night. Other restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Staff is top notch.
My only complaint is I don’t like water softeners and it takes a long time to get all the soap off so my showers take longer.

Super helpful staff, especially when my kiddo wanted instant ramen for dinner. The indoor pool was a fun way to spend a couple of hours in the morning before we had to pick up a friend at the airport. Super convenient location - close to a Starbucks, grocery store, multiple restaurants, and the Reno-Tahoe International Airport.

The house keeping was pushy to get us to be out before checkout. We were finishing loading our car and it was still way before 11 and the housekeeper called the front desk to complain we weren’t out. My husband went to go get ice for our cups and came back to our keycards not working right after the housekeeper called up to complain. The breakfast was very disappointing this time. Normally it’s decent. This time the milk tasted like the carton sealant and cardboard. My kids wouldn’t touch it. Normally we love this hotel but it just wasn’t the best experience this time around.

Customer Service is Nonexistent Here!

I recently stayed at the SpringHill Suites Reno and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. My reservation was confirmed through June 12, but on June 10 I received a call informing me that I had been checked out and asking when I would be returning to pick up my belongings. I was later told that I would need to move to another room to complete my stay. What was particularly frustrating was learning that this was the result of a manual checkout, not an automated system issue. Because of this error, I had to leave work, return to the hotel, and move all of my belongings to a different room.
The following day, management acknowledged the mistake and offered either a 50% discount on one night's stay or 10,000 Marriott Bonvoy points. I chose the Bonvoy points, but they have never been credited to my account. I've also reached out to follow up and have not received a response from the property.
Mistakes happen, and I appreciate that the staff initially tried to make things right. However, good customer service requires following through on commitments. The inconvenience of having to interrupt my workday to move rooms was significant, and the lack of follow-through on the promised compensation, along with the absence of any response to my follow-up, has been disappointing. I hope the hotel improves its communication and ensures that commitments made to guests are honored.
