Though this is listed as an Extended Stay, there are NO signs indicating as much from the road. I tried to check into the one up the road in fact because of their recognizable green/white signage. Nope, back in the car, down the road, to where I finally relized GPS was taking us. Just a red "Metro" sign.
I DID arrive around 8:30pm, which wasn't expected on my part. I missed the front Leasing Office being open. DO NOT expect a hotel front desk. This is an apartment complex renting out rooms for the night. I ended up communicating with someone via telephone. Had to pay a $35 damage waiver or $100 deposit in order to get a room # and keycode texted to me.
Once I got in and paid the waivers, the room was WAY under what my expectations were from the photographs. The toilet immediately didnt flush....but at this point is was 10:30pm. The hide away bed was scary.
The people who live there are just living their lives, but it seemed so strange and possibly not 100% safe for a solo female traveler. Apparently my window was open about 5" all night with no screen on it,right next to my bed. My bad for not checking behind the closed curtain on a late check-in, but that was a little scary. No utensils, one old and dirty pot, coffee packets but no maker.
This place is affordable I suppose. I only stayed four hours bc of an early flight. You should know what you're getting into though. Kinda false advertising.
Also, the potholes entering the complex nearly took out my tire.

There was police patrolling every 15 minutes and people hanging outside their rooms at 8pm. I had a strange person leave me two notes offering to buy my hangers and that I could go hang out in their apartment or room. I had my picnic table stolen off my trailer. Other than that and a security person coming to inform me it was check out time. It was ok and awkward.

I had a horrible experience with this place. The first one they sent me to a super ghetto and had roaches in the dishwasher. The TVs had no remotes in the house melt like pee I asked to be sent to another one and his roaches and that one as well.

Staff at the front desk were rude when i asked for towels. No towels were available. No mugs for coffee. Had to switch rooms, 1st one was very dirty and bed unmade, sent the pictures to hotel staff by txt.

The room was not clean. Drug paraphenalia. Stripped cars in tge parking lot. The grounds were not safe. The doors did not lock. This hotel was grossly misrepresented should not be offered by Hotels.com. Stay away!
We had to leave and find a place to stay that was resonably safe.
