Nice new rooms with comfortable bed and nice employees

We moved to this hotel after a bad experience on 119th at a different hotel and what a world of difference. Nice people checking us in newer room with comfy beds and free breakfast that was fresh and different. I can't wait to go back! They even had bike rentals. If you want to whiz around the neighborhood. Each employee was nicer than the last. What a great experience!

The hotel staff was excellent—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Their professionalism made us feel comfortable and well taken care of.
The only downside was that the room was missing a few basic amenities. There were no complimentary bottles of drinking water, and there was no body wash provided in the shower. These are small details, but they make a difference in a guest’s experience.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the wonderful staff, and I hope the hotel considers improving these room amenities

Breakfast was a choice between freshly made strawberry crepes or avocado toast with an egg. Delicious and a rare find to be included with your stay!

The cook to order breakfast was a treat! As well as tea time in the evening. So fun!! This will be our "go to" for Kansas City.
