Small but Mighty

Came into Ormond/Daytona at 5:30 am on Sun morning after 15 hours of driving and desperate for sleep. No vacancies or open offices in smaller motels for just sleeping until our oceanfront hotel check in at 3:00pm. Found this motel and owner got out of bed and rented us a room and allowed us later checkout. We were impressed w/ how clean the rooms and around hotel was being so little. Owner very very nice even being woke up so early. It might have shown some wear but far less than majority of the small ones by the ocean. Highly recommend.

Diamond in the rough

Used to b Knights Inn..Got in late Monday night. Didn't want to spend miles or too much $... Used to stay here 3-4 years ago. Clean, handy to the beach. And reasonable!!! Owner operated but for the $ best value on A1A...try this place, great beds, secure, and close to everything !!!

No Frills but ALWAYS CLEAN!!!

This is my second stay here at this little hotel in Ormond Beach. It's on A1A but not on the beach. However, it is close to everything. Staff is friendly and this hotel is always clean and tidy. For the price and location it is great!!!

Unpleasant.

I booked a room here for one night. Checking in was easy but I had a difficult time looking for parking. The doors are all standard key locks. I had a lot of trouble locking the door. The deadbolt was stuck so only the bottom lock on the knob worked. The bathroom was gross. The person that cleans this place needs glasses! The tub and sink was dirty. There were gobs of toothpaste in the sink and urine on the toilet. The walls and doors are dirty. There was also a roach in the shower.
I don't have anything positive to say about this place other than the bed was comfortable. I will never stay here again!

Price & location!

Put together a very reasonable rate and a location 2 minutes from the beach, and you get this no-frills Inn with friendly management!
Of course you can get luxury rooms, but since you're not looking for that (you checked the rate first, right?), this will be a very good choice.
Enjoy the cheap and clean room, go to the beach, and dine elsewhere. There, a good day.
