10/10! Everything was clean, everyone was nice and friendly. They waived the parking fees this weekend as a complimentary benefit. We needed more towels and wash clothes and got them immediately. Any questions I had were answered immediately. Overall great experience. We will definitely be back !

Great stay! Room was clean and spacious. Just minor feedback that would not impact if I come back or not was the bed sheet was annoying as it had no elastic and kept coming off the mattress and the breakfast wasn't great. Parking was ridiculously expensive for an unsecured parking lot imo.
Staff was friendly and helpful and I really enjoyed the option for early check-in.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Parking is expensive. Did not expect that. Mattresses are pretty firm not very soft a decent value for the money.

We were very disappointed w/ our stay.
One of the biggest issue was the bed frame in our room. It had sharp edges sticking out, & both my husband & my son were cut by it. Someone came to fix 1 side of the bed, but the other side was left the same, so the problem wasn't fully resolved. What made the situation even more disappointing was how it was handled. After my husband & son were injured, the maintenance guy offered my husband a bar chip as compensation without even asking if we drink or not (neither my husband nor I drink alcohol) so it felt like they didn't take the situation seriously.
We also chose this hotel because we saw online they have a splash pad & we have 2 kids, ages 5 & 6, this was one of the main reasons we booked here. When we arrived, we were told the splash pad wasn't working. We were promised that a maintenance person would contact us, but no one ever did. During our entire stay, the splash pad was never turned on. It was very disappointing because this was one of the amenities that influenced our decision to book this hotel.
To make matters worse, the roads leading into the hotel were overgrown with weeds & looked poorly maintained, which gave a bad first impression before we even checked in.
I've attached photos of the exposed bed frame and the cuts it caused. This could have been much worse, especially for a child. Overall, we left feeling frustrated & disappointed. We expected a safe room, better communication, and the amenities that were advertised.
