Top Rated hotel with great value to feel refreshed!

Being in town to see my father I needed a place to stay and found this Best Western Plus. The location I found was great since it's close to many popular restaurants as well as a Publix and a Whole foods. Also, being close to a Walgreens and Denny's open 24/7 across the street literally 350 feet from the hotel. A gorgeous Argentina restaurant attached to the hotel itself has wonderful prices since the room key can be used for 10% off and the bar was warm and cozy. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated with a pool and laundry and a way to get small sundries ECT. The room itself a king is what I stayed on was very comfy, clean and large with plenty pillows. Staff was gracious and gave me extra towels and a extra soft comforter and a small sew kit I needed. I was impressed with the water pressure for my shower. Just lots to say about my stays. Thank you Best Western for making my stay so great. I don't often leave reviews but this one I was happy to write. Don't forget to become a member nice discounts and I am accruing stay points.

PEST, AND DIRTY

They have cockroaches and will not refund you. BEWARE. Only was there for an hour and they came out, disgusting, I left! Rooms smell moldy and dirty carpet/ showers.

Front desk staff were wonderful. Housekeeping could use a lesson on smiling and acknowledging guests. Surrounding streets in back of Whole Foods, back of hotel very sketchy people. Will not be going back for safety reasons.
