It’s an old motel, so there are some items that show age. For example, some of the exterior concrete is deteriorating. The motel is inexpensive to stay there and because it’s old, that’s probably why the rooms are inexpensive. BUT, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and had no odors. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I always stay here when visiting Milbank.

My room was musty smelling. The carpet was dirty and left our feet and socks dirty and feeling sticky. The bathtub was dirty as well could not even take a shower in it, it was so dirty. A young man was up front and not helpful to us concerning this. Bed was uncomfortable and did not sleep well. We just felt dirty after staying in this room. Will not stay here again.

Our room was disgustingly dirty

We stayed in room 41. The room was very musty smelling. The carpet was very dirty it coated our feet and socks walking across it. The bathroom door would not even close all the way. The bathtub even looked dirty I would not shower in there. This room was very nasty, we had stayed here before. I don’t remember it being so dirty. Very disappointed!! We will not be staying here again.

Breakfast was okay for non diabetes, everything was high carb .mybe some low carb cereals,oatmeal is good eggs but other wise very nice stay .staff was very friendly.

My family asked how my room was. I thought and answered rustic. Clean, quiet and well it's Milbank, so easy to get around. One thing, upgrade the breakfast.
