Don’t step a foot near
Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
The lobby was not monitored or controlled, and anyone could enter freely. As a result, it felt chaotic and poorly managed.
We received a prepaid parking key fob that did not work, forcing us to pay for parking ourselves. Even the parking garage attendant mentioned that this had happened before.
Check-in was a frustrating ordeal. The key provided for the door did not work, and it took approximately 30 minutes to receive a response from support. We were eventually given a lockbox code, but the lockbox itself was extremely difficult to open. The process required a specific technique that was never explained in the instructions or by customer support. In the end, a passerby who was not affiliated with the property had to help us gain access.
To make matters worse, there is effectively no on-site assistance outside of limited front desk hours. The desk is only staffed from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If you encounter an issue outside those hours, you are largely left on your own and relying on delayed remote support.
Once inside, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The floors were so dirty that we felt the need to keep our sandals on at all times. The fold-out sleeping pad could hardly be described as a mattress and was visibly stained and dirty. There was mold and buildup on the shower head, hair in the shower, dust on multiple surfaces, and towels that had hair on them. The kitchenette felt oily to the touch, and the walls and doors throughout the unit were heavily scuffed and damaged.
The bathroom door appeared swollen and warped from moisture exposure, making it difficult to use properly. Lighting in the room was inadequate, adding to the overall feeling that the property was poorly maintained. There were also piles of food and debris in the lobby and hallways.
We arrived at approximately 11:40 PM and, due to the access issues, communication delays, and time spent searching for alternative accommodations, did not finally get to sleep until around 4:00 AM. We were so uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the room that we slept in the clothes we had traveled in rather than risk dirtying the clean clothes we had packed for our trip.
The entire experience caused an incredible amount of stress, frustration, and anxiety. What was supposed to be a relaxing arrival and stay became an exhausting ordeal.
Perhaps most disappointing of all, the property we arrived at did not match the impression presented by the online photos. Based on our experience, the listing was misleading and did not accurately reflect the condition of the accommodations.
We ultimately chose to leave rather than continue our stay. Based on our experience, we would not step a foot near and cannot recommend this property. I am unsure as to how there are so many positive reviews on trip advisor.

I think this place need a revamp and only the location is great with a restaurant below.

The hotel location is expectacular however I was shocked at the condition of the pool area and the pool itself it was dirty the water looked oily almost like a film was over it 😳 :( I was looking foward to hanging out in the pool but that was not possible
