Revived

Vitality was an excellent hotel to spend the night. The staff was excellent, kind and caring. It was a good end to a great weekend. We will be back and can't wait for the other amenities to come. Keep up the good work, your doing fabulous!!!

Not a great experience

Our sports team chose this hotel for our tournament games in Memphis for a 4 night stay. We reserved our room to hang-out with our group in between games. We trusted the travel agency’s recommended hotel partner, which we have regretted.
Positive: the lobby was inviting, pools and gym are available for guest to use. The staff are trying their best to address your needs with what they can control.
Mixed: security and cameras within the property. 2 incidents we witnessed within a 4 night stay. Security staff are doing their job but makes you rethink the type of environment you walk into.
Not so positive:
1. Walking into an empty lobby and lack of front lobby staff feels uninviting. Too impersonal, in my opinion, compared to most hotel standards.
2. When we checked in, the elevators were being repaired (7/15/26). We used the service elevator, which is dirty and smelly (to be expected, I guess)
3. The front elevator was repaired later. Only 1 out of 3 elevators were working through our stay. Lots of waiting for 1 elevator throughout our stay.
4. Don’t sit on the lobby’s round sofa if you are wearing white pants. You will have the dirt on the sofa transfer on your white pants. A hotel guest found out the hard way.
5. Our room’s corner chair is stained. See pictures.
6. The carpet in our room is slightly ripped. See pictures.
7. The constant traffic in hallways & front of elevators may have caused lots of messes. But I see the same trash/dirt untouched for 3 days. It made me think that staff are not vacuuming the hallways or the elevator landings.
8. Iced machine is not working on certain floors.
9. Coffee is not always available. Quality of coffee is watered down.
10. The restaurant was closed during your stay. Remove that from your listed amenities.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the elevator outage during your visit, as well as the cleanliness and maintenance concerns you observed in the guest room and public areas. Your comments regarding hallway cleanliness, the ice machines, coffee service, and the overall condition of the property have been shared with our housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams for follow-up.
Regarding our restaurant, it is currently closed, and we continue working to ensure our listings accurately reflect the amenities available. We do offer freshly prepared breakfast items for purchase each morning in our marketplace, along with complimentary coffee, tea, and water in the lobby 24 hours a day.
We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, as feedback like yours helps us identify opportunities to improve the guest experience.

Avoid this Hotel

All carpets and flooring appeared dirty.
Ice makers were only working on a few floors. All others were out of service.
The bartender was on vacation and no one else was licensed to serve a drink.
There were no breakfast items in the Market Place in the morning.
No towels were supplied for the pool.
The indoor pool has a resident gecko living in a hole.
The hot tub doesn't work.
The outdoor pool was dirty. It was missing tiles and needed concrete repair both inside and outside of pool.
The connecting door to our rooms was so hard to open that we entered from the hall to not wake the children.
There were no sheets, blankets or pillows for the sofa bed.
The blackout curtain was torn. You had to move furniture to access them.
The bedside charging area didn't work in one of the rooms.
No grip strips to prevent slipping in shower/tub.
Area not good for walking.
Told we had to use service elevator when regular elevators worked fine.

Wondering about the experience team

The security guard/ experience team Chris is a very nice person. He helped me and my family around the hotel, made us feel safe and comfortable. This is not the first time we have been to this hotel and he has helped us both times. Me and my family give this guy a 10/10 for beginning professional and well spoken Overall this hotel is nice.
