Rooms were clean and spacious. Nice views. Was within walking distance from lots of restaurants on las olas and the riverwalk
Staff was very helpful and attentive.
Would stay here again.

Worst Customer Service ever from Marriott

Upon check in (at 4pm) we were told our room wasn't ready and they would call us when it was cleaned. After waiting a few hours, we returned to find out it was now 'ready', but they never called us.
When going to bed, we found leftover makeup on the comforter and sheets. We spent 30 minutes calling the front desk and didn't get an answer. Then I texted the hotel through the app and still didn't get a response for another 47 minutes. Finally I went down to the front desk and no one was there. When someone finally came to the front desk, the lady told me she was the only person working that night. She told me she would look for new bedding and bring it to me, but I would have to put it on myself!
After close to 2 hours from the start, Vincent from the Holiday Inn next door came to our room with Queen Sheets (Not a King comforter/sheets). He left and finally came back with the bedding we needed, so we put it on our bed.
The new sheets didn't fit and kept coming off on the corners (I'm guessing they fit the Holiday Inn's beds?). At this point I just gave up and slept on half sheets/ half mattress protector.
This was the worst service I've ever experienced at a Marriott or any other hotel. I'm still in shock at how poorly we were treated and how the room wasn't cleaned after waiting extra long. With room rates near $500 per night, you would expect a little more.
And I didn't even get started on the cloudy pool or the fact the alarm was set for 6am....

Staff was very helpful. Location was great and the quality of the hotel was nicer than most in the area. Beds were comfortable. Its almost too quiet at the hotel, not much going on but they did have some games outside. Unfortunately the fire pit didnt work while we were there and you couldn't hardly hear the speakers at the pool, I believe only 1 was working. Balcony was nice, we were able to see boats come and go. Never found any access to a beach or fishing nearby.

Good hotel for a night

Great location and nice pool. We had a room facing the water and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The location of the gym was nice looking out over the pool and water. Bathrooms were definitely dated though and could use a renovation.

The room was nice and roomy and clean. Had a nice balcony that you could sit and relax. The breakfast was very expensive and only one person working to take orders, prepare food and drinks and serve, making the wait time for your order lengthy.
Had a nice under cover parking garage for free.
