Very nice hotel and room for what we paid. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Super nice. Close to everything including dining and all the sporting venues. We were there for a concert, and ate a local restaurant in walking distance. We got a free drink at the bar for joining Omni Rewards. Would definitely stay there again.

Maddie at the front desk was amazing. She made it a point to speak with us, whether just saying hi or asking how the game was. She made us feel very welcomed. Also Andrew from valet was wonderful. Only valet worker I seen running around trying to assist everyone he could. A few others just took their time and weren’t very welcoming. Andrew not only assisted with the vehicles, but was hustling around opening doors for all the guest, smiling and telling everyone to have a great day. Great staff!

Room was amazing and very clean. All staff were so friendly, Madeline went above and beyond our entire stay. Housekeeping staff very efficient and quick. Our whole experience at the Omni Severin was delightful. They even made sure we could watch the World Cup in the lounge!

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The room and bathroom had old Hollywood decor. Room service and the food was excellent!!! Definitely a 5 Star dwelling.

A terrific historic hotel but modern/comfortable feel. Fabulous staff from front desk to bellman to housekeeping to lobby restaurant. The room we booked was not available due to water issue so we got downgraded/no balcony but the room was spacious and even though I didn't complain, they still discounted my rate (classy move). Would definitely stay here again. Nice central location and the staff couldn't have been nicer.
