The parking lot smelled of marijuana. The hallway on our floor smelled like urine and our room had a cat pee odor. We brought our Keurig for making coffee but there were no cups to use or spoons/plastic ware to stir coffee. No ice machines in the entire building and our ice machine in the freezer did not work. The front desk clerk was helpful and friendly however and the location is convenient but we will not stay there again.

Been staying here every year on business for several years now. Place has evidently changed hands and is being let run into the ground. No more coffee or limited breakfast in the morning, that room has been emptied. Hallways smell like urine, no front desk help, signs up be back in a hour or front desk closed till 8am. Outside of building is overgrown. Amazingly rooms were still mostly clean and quite. Rooms do smell of cigarettes and vaping. A friend of ours went to check in with a paid reservation and he was told they didn't have a room for him and couldn't refund his money, he would have to call on Monday. We were also hit with a bunch of fees at checkin for utilities, housekeeping charge,and additional deposit that brought our total up another $90 from what we were quoted and charged online at hotels.com. travelers beware! Also they could not provide us a recipt, claimed they e mailed it twice,never received.

On checkin, receptionist said i was very lucky to get a room because they were overbooked. Not something i want to hear after a very long day. Then i was charged an additional $15 for some reason which was strange. Carpets very dirty. Room was fine.

This has to be one of the WORST hotels I have ever stayed. When I asked about chargers, they replied they don't supply them. When we asked for clean linen, we were told that we had to bring the dirty ones down and exchange them. When we told the staff the this was not acceptable and we said we would make a bad review, they said OK and walked off.
There are people living there full-time and many are halfway tenants.
DO NOT STAY HERE, even if you want to save money!

We booked for several days but ended up being delayed due to flights. When we arrived the day after our original check in, they had canceled the reservation, charged us for the whole stay, and were overbooked so couldn't give us a room. We had to drive several hours to a new hotel and couldn't do the thing we had planned. If you're going to charge someone for a whole stay, then you should hold the room for the whole stay. As it was they got paid multiple times for the same room.
