Poor experience

Booked a room for one night so we could watch our grandson race at the Olympic Moto Cross Park on Deer Park Rd near Port Angeles. Arrived in the evening and checked in. The room was sparse, the window screen had a huge hole in it so we would not be opening the window. It was clean and outdated. The bathroom was clean but after the toilet was used once a large puddle of clear water appeared on the bathroom floor which was discovered during a middle of the night bathroom use. We put towels down to soak it up. Upon awakening the floor was covered again. Put on our clothes and shoes and used the toilet. It plugged up. We left with no shower etc and called the management while on our way to the races. We told them the issues and they said they would look into it. No offer to reduce our bill or much of anything one might consider good customer service. Also the room had no visible smoke alarm.

It was clean but old. My parents room had a couple big holes in the walls. Tiny packet of shampoo not enough to wash hair. The price was high for what you get.

This is the pool

Dirty, people that work there are very nice. But the room is gross. Rust in the sink, smells awful.

We were only there one night. Faucet handles in the tub looked dirty, but the sink faucet looked very new. They wrote on the tub wall how to turn the faucets on. Turned on the fan and it sounded like it was about to fall out. If an older person was in there they could not reach the toilet paper. Was too far away. Had to open another room. The beds were either very hard. We also thought it had views of the bay and did not. I personally wo t stay there again. The sound man at the desk was nice and trying to do his job, but the other person kept correcting him.

Flight was at 8PM and booked this location half way to our destination, picked up the rental, took the ferry and drove straight to the hotel. Arrived at midnight expecting them to be open. I guess my fault for not calling but I assumed like a normal hotel they had someone working all night. Office told me they close at 10PM. not happy waiting for us for 2 hours. Place is older. Slept on top of the bed comforter. WNBA.
