Convenient free parking near BART. Great staff. Awesome breakfast with tons of options and comfortable room

We had to change rooms the TV was out.
The new room had blood allover the carpet outside the bathroom.
There was stains on the couch that were gross. There were only like 3 TV channels available thst were awful. The elevator did not work and I have a broken foot and had to scoot down the stairs to leave. Terrible experience. The windows were so filthy we cant see outside. The fountain outside was broken and rotten water like pea soup that stinks.

The room seemed nice when we walked in but when we looked at the bathroom t looked old and outdated. The longer I was there the more I realized how dark the room was. Sorry but if your looking for my honest opinion I wasn’t as impressed as I thought I’d be.

Need better coffee in the rooms, for breakfast if someone was at the bar to make cappuccinos would have been a life saver..

Clean rooms, convenient location and courteous staff
