Sweet Staff
I wanted to take a moment to let you know how wonderful your staff was during my stay.
Lilly, Christian, and Jennifer were all incredibly kind, pleasant, and upbeat. Every interaction I had with them made me feel genuinely welcomed, and I really appreciate the way they treated me.
I especially want to recognize Jennifer. She truly went above and beyond. She made sure I had water, brought me a little bag, and was so friendly, complimentary, and genuinely caring. She had such a warm and outgoing personality that it really stood out to me.
I had arrived after an extremely long day — I had already been traveling for about 16 hours and had also worked an 11-hour day. I was absolutely exhausted, and honestly, the kindness I received from your staff was a breath of fresh air. They completely changed the tone of my evening.
I don't think I've ever been treated so kindly at a hotel. It's easy to remember when someone is rude or provides poor service, but I think it's just as important to recognize people who go out of their way to make someone feel welcome.
Please let Lilly, Christian, and especially Jennifer know how much I appreciated them. You have a wonderful team, and Jennifer is truly an asset to your hotel.

Love this Marriott
These guys are awesome! The front desk to the bar. Great service. Christian is awesome and the only thing he likes better than Buckees is the Marriott!

Breakfast Champions (not the breakfast of champions)
A shout out to Rachel and Dawn in the concierge area for breakfast! These two made my morning by being so polite and having a wonderfully stocked breakfast area even with it being busy. They allowed my day to have a great start and I appreciate them greatly for it!
