This Marriott property was extremely nice, and provided all the amenities I could possibly need! I traveled to attend a wedding, and the Courtyard was well located for the event. The room was comfortable, bed and linens were wonderful!
My only negative was the facility was allowing a portion of their parking lot to store building equipment and materials for construction going up across the street. The hotel was booked solid, so there was barely enough parking space to accommodate guest's vehicles.

Courtyard made it right

The room was not perfect. In fact, for two out of my four nights there, the a/c in my room wouldn’t drop the temp below 70.
But when it turned out to be a problem on my first night, they had maintenance in my room at 9pm. It was fixed during day #2, and that night and my third night were just fine.
When I returned to my room in the early evening of day #4, the room temp was again 70. At that point (a Sunday night), maintenance was no longer in-house.
I was offered both a different room (I declined because I already had to pack and didn’t want to pack, unpack, and repack) and a fan to help circulate the air.
In addition, when I received my receipt this morning, my bill had been fixed to remove two nights’ charges.
So while the a/c might’ve been on the fritz, Courtyard made it right in my book.

The inside of the hotel was very clean & inviting. Staff was very friendly & accommodating from the moment we walked in!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful, and the rooms are pristine with comfortable beds. Love the breakfast burritos and bistro burgers. I have stayed at the Courtyard Carrollton several times and it is a reflection of how great Carrollton is as a city.

I was first sent to the wrong room, but the front desk apologized and fixed this by giving a very quiet nice room on the top floor i very much enjoyed! this hotel is nearby in town attractions at a walkable distance. the only issue was the toilet in my room-- struggled to flush like the handle was needing to be spun around multiple times before being able to. other than that, great stay.
