Great Stay at a waterfront hotel in the Seaport area near the convention center.

I travel to Boston periodically for work and I absolutely love staying at the Seaport Hotel. The staff is amazing, always a warm welcome here and they are always so extremely helpful. Whether it’s a question about the area, a good restaurant recommendation or when I just need help with something, they have never hesitated to make sure I’m taken care of. I booked a room that had a view of the harbor, it was nice to wake up to the sun rising. You can also see the planes take off and land at Logan Airport which is pretty cool, but absolutely no issues with noise. Breakfast is generous and price is what you’d expect at a nice hotel. Walked by the bar in the early evening and looked pretty busy, seemed like a nice business crowd. The hotel is also pretty conveniently located, it was about a 6 min walk to the convention center. I look forward to my next visit - Seaport Hotel will be my first choice.

The location was amazing with our Bay State Provincetown Ferry literally outside the hotel. It was clean and staff was nice. The staff did try to get us to upgrade to a suite because the room they put us in was close to the elevator, which is really wasn't the close. Although, the walls may be a little thin because I heard a woman talk from a nearby room for a good hour after I went to bed. It may have been from the adjoining room, next time I'll ask for a non-adjoining room and maybe in a part of the hotel that had less guests.

We had a very nice stay. We picked this hotel because they had a pool. This was a special trip for my 5 year old son and I. The front desk told us that the pool was open until 10 pm. I'm very glad I checked in the room because it was only open until 8. Had we gone to dinner first we would have missed pool time and I would have had a very upset child.
The rooms were amazing, the hotel was so clean and felt very safe. We very much enjoyed our time! Wish we could have stayed longer.

The lady at the desk who had red hair was condescending and not hospitable at all. I would suggest she find a new line of work. Left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be returning to this hotel again because of it. I understand people have bad days but she gave off the vibe she’s always having a bad day. Not cut out for hospitality, for that reason we will not return. Everyone else was great and the room was nice. Overall it’s a solid 8, could be a ten but her attitude lost you guys points.

The hotel was located in a great area for walking to many restaurants and sites. Ver comfortable and friendly staff
