Very quaint and classy place. Very quiet and clean. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job and the cool guy at the desk had a nirvana shirt which is always a plus for us! Favorite band ! Anyway, reasonably priced and comfortable.

ABSOLUTELY FILTHY- STAY AWAY!

From the moment we arrived we knew we had made a mistake. After entering the unlit, un air conditioned check in building and being barely greeted by a man we were handed our key.
After pulling our vehicle up to our room the first thing we saw was a toilet plunger on the ground by the front door.
Upon entering the room it only got worse. Sticker burrs all over the rug, dirt on the front door that did not fit tight. The bathroom door would not close all the way. Spiders around the commode. No hot water. Refilled toiletries in sticky containers. A lopsided television next to a “closet” that also had holes in the wall.
All in all a motel hell.
To be fair, one good thing, the air conditioner worked.
Do not believe the photos that are published in their listing. The photographer deserves a medal for making this place look good.

We got there after the office closed and they have a handy key box to retrieve your room keys. The cottage was nice, clean, and bed comfortable. The property needed to have the grass cut, gave the impression of unkept but room was good.

Just a quick one night stay on my way to Big Bend National Park...easy and helpful instructions were sent to get me in my room...i had no actual interaction with staff...room was small but functional with a small fridge and microwave...concrete floors...room was clean but did see a few creepy crawlers during my brief stay...overall, it was fine for my quick one night stay

Trouble getting keys. Killed a few bugs in room, including on bed. Dirty shower floor. Towel hanger fell off (OLD). Comforter was UNDER the sheet, so we had to make the bed correctly. More, but you get the idea.
