Hospitality is top tier

The owners live in the property, and their hospitality sends this place straight to 5 stars for me. They personally welcome you in and are very friendly and knowledgeable on the area. This is not a 5 star hotel, but it is as clean as one and cleaner than nearly every mid-tier hotel I've stayed in. Nutritious snacks are always available for free. The furniture is not fancy, but it serves its purpose. If you are a light sleeper, you will want earplugs because you can hear loud talking guests in the hallways. Also, there is no elevator.

Great location, very quiet

Very clean, quick access to hiking, mountains, everything in North Conway and along Kangamagus Highway. But not in the hustle and bustle of North Conway. 10 minutes from restaurants! Bed comfortable. Quiet AC. Owners live on the property. Very caring people!

Fall Leaves 2021

This is a lovely Inn that is family run by Joe and Janet.. Nothing fancy but clean, quiet and homey. We loved it. The couple were very knowledgeable of the area and showed us how to go around the traffic in the town. Their land across the the highway to the River was a fun walk and beautiful scenery for Fall Leaves pictures. Plenty of snack food, breakfast items, coffee and tea whenever you wanted. Loved their hospitality. Would love to go back.

Perfect!

Last minute booking, amazing hospitality! I have felt so welcomed ! I wish I had more time to spend here!
Perfect location, so well kept and clean, felt like home! I was given great info about the park and places to see! The inn itself is charming in a homely and warm kind of way! I hope to be back for a longer stay!
