B & B with hospitality, location & priced to meet your needs.
I greatly appreciated the comfort, hospitality and affordability of this bed-and-breakfast. Perfect location to all things in the Akron Canton area. The home is very clean and a large selection of fresh, healthy items for continental breakfast. Owner, Louie, is very respectful of your privacy, but also glad to promote and answer questions you may have as a visitor, as well as a brochure to take with you. The home is also walking distance to businesses on Market Street including some excellent restaurants. I highly recommend this bed-and-breakfast for a good night's rest before heading out and exploring the area.

Baseball and bicycling
I had a wonderful stay at Berrodin Bed & Breakfast! The house was spotless, comfortable, and incredibly welcoming. It was the perfect way to end my cycling trip while my uncle continued on his journey.
As a cyclist, I especially appreciated the secure, thoughtfully designed bicycle storage. It’s clear that cyclists were kept in mind, and it made storing our bikes easy and worry-free after a long day on the road.
One of the highlights was spending time with Louie, whose hospitality made us feel right at home. Sharing stories and enjoying time with Louie and my uncle made for a memorable end to my adventure.
If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming place to stay—especially if you’re traveling by bike—I highly recommend Berrodin Bed & Breakfast. Thank you for making the final stop of my trip so special!

I will be celebrating my 9th anniversary in October, and one of the things I look forward to every year is the arrival of Harry, and now his family! Louis was a great host. We really enjoyed the information he gave us regarding things to do around the area. He was quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast.

Wonderful cozy experience
Berrodin B&B is a wonderful place to stay. The owner is attentive and friendly. I love the little tour he gave us. He made us feel at home. The room was very clean and the bed so comfortable, I think I slept better than at home. The price was good and I highly recommend it.

Three am loud music wake up call from neighbor.
I never stayed in a B&B before, so I have only life experiences as a property owner for 20 years. I would’ve been fine with all the religious iconography and tracts and books, I would’ve been fine with the rules, the many rules. I would’ve even accepted the continental style breakfast that was disappointing. I would’ve been fine with Louie’s rambling intro and and his bragging about the art cluttering up the tight space of a house, so that there was little room to move without bumping or tripping over something. The bed was okay, I guess, but no place to sit or chill. The problem was the 3 am wake up call from the neighbor, who had his music on 11, bass thumping in my head. Okay, not the owner’s fault. But, I told the owner I was in Akron for a three day education program. I needed my sleep. Well, no problem. I’ll go stay somewhere else,
Just get the two days refund. No, I am told. No refund. “I can’t afford it,” he says. I’ve stayed in dozens of motels and hotels over the years. I’ve departed early and gotten a full refund from the balance of the days I didn’t stay. What kind of rule is this?! You’d rather have a disssatisfied customer than happily refunding his money? I am a small business owner and I’ll refund my customers and the slightest bit of dissatisfaction. Not Louie.
