A total trap! Avoid "Studio B" and this unprofessional company.
This review applies specifically to "Studio B" (ground floor). While other rooms in this building might be quietly facing the courtyard, this specific room is a nightmare, and the management's attitude is a joke.
The Layout & Privacy: This room has NO normal windows and NO real balcony—it is literally a giant glass storefront window with a glass door opening directly onto a heavily busy, loud street. From the bed to the glass, it is just 2 steps. From the glass to the traffic, it’s another 3 steps. You are sleeping 5 meters from the road with absolutely ZERO privacy. Everyone on the sidewalk looks straight into your bed. Opening the door for fresh air is impossible due to the extreme noise and safety risk.
No Ventilation: There is zero natural airflow. If you turn off the AC, you will suffocate within 15 minutes. The AC must run all night just to breathe, but it is extremely loud and makes sleeping impossible.
Customer Service: A total disaster. When we complained, the manager (Kätlin) suggested we relocate to a cheap backup hostel. To make things worse, upon checkout, we found earplugs left in the key box without a single word or notification—just a pathetic, disrespectful joke instead of real help.
Avoid "Studio B" and EasyRentals at all costs!
