Wow - Love this place
Stayed for two nights on a driving holiday around spain. The phone number for the owner is on the buzzer at the door just in case you get stuck. The owner has limited english and we had limited spanish but he was really nice and freindly & gave us a map and explained the whole area and the nearby towns. Parking was easy as we parked for free in a nearby street. You may want to drop off the bags and then park. I loved Ubeda beautiful! Glad we stayed for two nights. Great Restaurants, eat lunch around 3pm and go out after 9pm otherwise you will be on your own in a restaurant as the Spanish eat late. Great atmosphere & free tapas with each drink! The apartment was very comfortable with great views & a swimming pool & beautiful grounds. There is a lounge with a library. apartment has two beds which were very comfortable & a kitchen with a settee - great for two people. Would happily stay again!

Very nice and central but our apartment was uncomfortable
Several tourist apartments located in a nice old building in the historic center of Úbeda, well renovated, with inner courtyard and pool. I guess other apartments are better than the one we were assigned, which was nice but uncomfortable for the 4 people (2 couples) we were staying in. There were 2 slightly small double bedrooms, only 1 en-suite bathroom in one of the bedrooms (one couple had to enter the other's room to go to the bathroom), a small living-dining room-kitchen, with a tiny table (we couldn't fit the 4) and a small and uncomfortable kitchenette with a very low ceiling (luckily we didn't have to cook). In addition, access to the apartment was by narrow and steep stairs, which for some clients could be a problem. In short, our apartment was nice but uncomfortable, not optimal. I guess and hope other apartments in the same building are better...

Relaxing weekend in Ubeda
Great place to spend a weekend in Ubeda, one of the most beautiful cities in inland Andalusia. Perfect location, nice swimming pool and big apartments nicely decorated. Good if you go with children. I'll come back

A taste of old Spain
We stayed for 4 nights. The location in the centre of the old town could hardly be better and with just 4 rooms the place is really quiet.The staff (Miguel), the garden and the pool are great!
Wi-Fi is free and the signal strong. They do have a baby cot but no high chair, which is a shame. Also no hairdryer and iron were provided. Hence 1 point less for comfort and facilities.

Functional apartment in a great location
We stayed at the Losal for 2 nights during a road trip around the northern part of Andalucia. The hotel is located near to San Pablo Square which has a really pleasant atmosphere at night. There are a few bars on the edge of the square and having a drink while watching life go by was a nice way to see out the day. There was parking nearby outside the education building however it was the weekend so during the week this may not be available although there was plenty of other parking available in the vicinity.
The apartment was fine for our purpose, we just wanted a room near the main sights of Ubeda that was functional, which I think is a good way to describe it. It had all the facilities we needed (except a kettle) and would be fine for those self catering. The bathroom layout was a bit awkward and the room was dark however we only used the room to sleep in so it wasn't a problem. The central patio area was nice and shaded and would provide good respite from the heat and the seating area in the upstairs corridor was good for reading in.
I had to ring the lady who runs the apartments to sort out key pickup an hour before our arrival and I could have done with better Spanish to understand but we got by and she provided us with information and was helpful.
