Excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff
Excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The renovated rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. Good food, a nice bar, and a great dining experience. The location is unbeatable, close to everything. I would definitely stay here again!

Extremely uncomfortable musty rooms
Location was very good, that was the only thing.
Atmosphere terrible, staff not friendly.
My husband and I arrived on Tuesday night. We were only on holidays for 4 nights. We got to our room there was a leak from the ceiling outside the bathroom. From the smell of the room it was going on for a while.
I reported it to staff and told them we would be back after an hour. Came back nothing was done, maintenence came up told us it was to late to do anything and threw towels over it. We went to bed. Between the sound of the dripping and the beds were so hard we couldn't sleep. We went down in the morning to reception... the evening staff never reported our leak to the day staff. I informed them how dangerous it was, I asked to be moved as the part of the hotel we were in was very dated, and smelt bad....they just moved us 2 doors down.
They did not seem to care our first night was ruined. The rooms was so basic there was nothing in them and deck chairs filthy.
We were never once asked were we ok and happy with our room even though we voiced our complaints about the beds been so hard and small.
I was not very impressed with how things was handled. On our last night I had to call reception at 01.30am with the noise levels from next door it went on over 2 hours. When we checked out not one member of staff asked us did we enjoy our stay. Avoid this hotel....

We will always return to Santa Monica beach.
I have been a client for 9 years and Santa Monica is my second home; everything is very clean, both the rooms and the dining area and pool areas, the food is very tasty, abundant, and varied, and the staff's service is phenomenal; I recommend it with confidence.

Great rest.
Relaxed in this hotel with friends from 26.05-06.06.2026. Just off the main bustling streets and at the same time a few minutes from shops, cafes and of course a seafarer! The hotel is small, very cozy, you won't get lost. The most friendly staff, there are Russian speakers, which for me was great with languages not very friendly. The hotel itself is clean, cleaning rooms every day. We read the reviews, write noise insulation not very much, we were just at the moment the children's football teams arrived, and the kids are noisy a priori, maybe in the restaurant it was most noticeable but not critical. Nobody was stopping me from sleeping, and you can't say there was any discomfort. Food! Everything is at the highest level, there have been many places and there is something to compare, I will definitely say food is not 3 stars!!! All the dishes are edible, there's never one left on the plate that doesn't taste good. You can also feed a child and eat a delicious meal yourself. The bar had mostly beer and cocktails, all level. The pool isn't big but there was enough room to swim. The availability of a tennis table and football, air hockey and billiards directly enjoyed the game. If we still eat in Salou, the choice is likely to be obvious, value for money and the main thing is to sing deliciously for us was a great option.

An unforgettable holiday!
Great holiday in a great hotel! Relaxed here with friends in May-June 2026. Excellent hotel location, excellent food (exactly more than 3 stars), there are Russian speaking staff. The numbers are simple, but all we had to do was spend the night, so there's no reproach. On the downside, I noticed good audibility and on some days, when many children came by, it was noisy. Again, we only came to the hotel to eat and sleep, so these moments weren't stressful at all. In general, the hotel advises! Come with a good mood and get a lot of vivid emotions!!!
