Unforgettable hotel.

Beautiful, very spacious, and thorough cleaning for the industrial apartment, shared among 5 friends with 2 large bathrooms. The level of the rooms, assigned for the third night, was equally high. Remote assistance, through the exchange of emails and text messages, was fundamental for the booking and for useful on-site support. Kindness and maximum availability. Excellent location, between the historic center, shopping area/stores, and evening venues.
Highly recommended.

Perfect for a long weekend.

Great location, easy to get to by taxi or bus from the airport. Lovely room, lovely staff and you can leave your bags after checkout if you have a later flight.

Stylish and Clean Apartment in the Heart of the Palma Old City

We stayed in the Industrial Apartment for 4 days (no breakfast included). The apartment was perfect – modern design, very clean, and serviced daily. The kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to prepare our own breakfasts, and there was even a coffee machine (just bring Nespresso capsules). The air-conditioning worked very well, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the balcony, although small, was very nice.
The location was excellent – right in the heart of the old city center, close to picturesque streets and surrounded by stunning restaurants and cafés.
The service, however, was not great. The reception was empty most of the time, and we also had a misunderstanding regarding the payment, although it was quickly solved through WhatsApp communication.
Another important note: the property has no parking. If you are driving, the best option is to park at the Plaça de Major parking, about a short walk away. It costs €24 per day, but it’s the safest and cheapest option nearby.
Tip: book directly through the apartment’s website to get a member discount and a lower price than on Booking.com.
Overall, a very stylish and clean apartment in a fantastic location, but with room for improvement in services

Very good location, great hotel

Friendly crew, very clean room, good beds, great bathroom, ground floor bar with good breakfast offer and delicious coffee. A direct hit in Palma :-)

The perfect start to a truly fabulous family holiday in Mallorca

This hotel room was beautiful and the perfect spot in the centre of Palma . We started our holiday here for a quick city break before exploring the island as a family of 5. The apartment was perfect, spacious, spotless, with beautiful views of the picturesque streets and surrounded by stunning restaurants and cafes. Not to mention the amazing shopping right on your doorstep. The room had all that we needed for our quick stop. Staff were extremely helpful. Would definitely return .
