We stayed in the sky room, which is the only room on the 4th floor and has a huge private terrace which looks across the rooftops to Palma Cathedral. Daybeds, sofa, chairs, tables and a spa tub were all there for our exclusive use!
The room itself is huge with a massive comfy bed, separate loo and a large shower which is situated in the corner of the room. Good aircon too and Molton Brown toiletries supplied.
The man on check in couldn’t have been nicer and because the room was ready, he let us check in 2 1/2 hours early! He invited us to have a free drink in the restaurant while he photocopied our passports etc.
On checkout they let us use the roof terrace (which is open to all guests and has a jacuzzi) for the rest of the day. The staff here really were great. Situation wise, it’s in a great position for exploring the old town being close to the waterfront, the cathedral and being in the old town itself.
Really wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again- it was fab!!

All of the staff members treated us very well. They made reservations for us for dinner on the restaurant in hotel and another. Our rooms were freshly cleaned everyday. Cafè Ritzi was one of my favorite meals of my time in Palma.

Fantastic

From arrival to the end of our stay, the service has been exceptional. The facilities are exactly as they appear in the photos. We can highlight the attention of the reception staff. Excellent location for exploring the city's historic center. If I were to visit this city again on another occasion, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Extremely clean & well maintained rooms .
Lovely sun terrace on the roof.

Brilliant place to stay, clean room, air con was great and staff were very accommodating. Highly recommend!
