Carlos, Andrea and Sparkles a 10 in animation

Hotel well and certainly the best of the best was the animation!!!! Carlos, Andrea, you are the best... Super good friendly and family... Our little boy wants to repeat the experience thanks to you because you have treated him like family... Games in the pool outside and I take the watchful time of the kids and that everyone was involved in the game or activity... It was a pleasure to meet you and share these days with us. A super hug from Coruña. LUCA

Awful hotel

8 of us stayed for a golf trip, based at Bonalba hotel. Really poor hotel, lifts rarely work, we arrived on Monday and left Saturday. The pool was closed except for weekends (we ignored the rules!). The bar is manned by 1 barman, last night we were told to come back in 10 minutes when he was less busy. We were also told to drink up and leave the bar at 11:30 just after spending €88 on 8 G and T’s. Staff couldn’t care less. Oh, after a typical Spanish downpour both resteraunts flooded! Golf was great tho! Won’t be back here and certainly wouldn’t recommend.

3 star not 4

Not impressed at all .
Hotel seems like a 3 star to me as the food was terrible . This was a massive issue for me as I’m a foodie .ainslent most of day 2 in the room as I had a bad stomach from the food I did eat .
Location is poor . No shops or nice restaurants nearby .
Beds aren’t great .
No kettle in room Hotel
Staff were friendly though .
I feel like I haven’t had a holiday

Complex that has lived better times

Hi, we were recently spending some hours and we left very disappointed. The price is absolutely exorbitant compared to any pool in the area, 16 euros per person to which adds 6 euros per hammock that will likely be in the sun, since the umbrellas are in very bad conditions. The water is very murky, despite having kilos of chlorine, the smell is unbearable. The edges of the pool are dirty, the floor full of dirt, the slide closed from two, the showers barely work and the toilets almost impractical. Better to look for other public options like the Busot pool or Sella.

Ok, nothing special.

The place was overall nice. The staff at reception were friendly and helped with any questions we had. Unfortunately there was no shuttle bus like advertised on their website or when I checked reviews on here. Also you can’t do all inclusive unless you pay for the whole week, it was near £70pp per day. Everywhere was no less than a 20-25min taxi journey and around the same price too. We went to the safari zoo for a day out and it was 65euro each way. Ubers are very hard to come by, also places out of the complex weren’t too helpful with ordering taxis, as there was no taxi ranks at most beaches. Hotel itself is basic - rooms also. There wasn’t any wow factors but comfortable and clean. Swimming pool is nice but looks like it needs cleaning everywhere. Drinks and food prices - similar to UK prices. I spent a small fortune but that was due to taxis every day.
